About Us

Our founder has been in the industry for over 20 years. From 1982 to 1994 he worked at Jet
Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena(JPL), California. He started in a research and
development area, working with top developers and engineers; soon he worked his way up
Lead Technician. From the mid to late 80's he traveled around throughout different NASA
sites installing and training them on what where the first multi-users systems (networks). While
at JPL he was one of the lead technicians that helped support over 7000 users. During those
years he worked on different platforms and saw the introduction and growth of the personal
computers.

In 1990 he started a part-time business supporting small business, medical and legal offices,
as well as, competing with the “name brand computers” that where making a killing just
because of their name. In some cases the differences in cost were as much as $500 for the
same components. His clients enjoyed the cost-savings and support that they receive from
the so called “clones” he sold them. He always made sure that the parts where compatible
and had the latest information. Because of the quality, durability and prices his clients
referred others to him. Most of our clients have been small medical offices and legal firms.

In 1994 he took a job with a small city in the Los Angeles area, were he lead the department
as their Information Technology Manager and implemented a top notch network and
Internet security the is currently supporting over 200 users, including the Fire and Police
Departments. As a programmer he created over 250 custom applications from departmental
budgets, to warehouse inventory, to payroll tracking and much more.

professional support at the lowest price possible. Our founder believes that every customer
deserves quality work and prompt response to their calls. We try to respond to every call with-
in four hours if not sooner. He is known for always giving the customer that little extra
attention and support. He believes in going that extra mile.

Some of the other team members include other Information Technology Managers, and
system specialist with an average of 12 years of experience each.
